WELCOME: The following is policy, regarding print orders of creations by Timothy Houston.

PAYMENT: Paypal is preferred. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are also accepted, and will usually be processed though Paypal's processing services. You do not need to create a PayPal account, in order to use one of these credit card payment options.

SHIPPING: Item ships within 3 business days of processed payment.
For specialty orders or during peak times, please allow for a couple more business days.
Shipping costs $5.00 anywhere in the United States. Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States.

REFUNDS: Buyers can return purchased items, no questions asked, within 14 calender days of receiving the item, if all materials purchased are included, the item is unaltered, and the completed Return Form is packaged inside.
Also, buyer pays for shipping charges on return item.
There is NO restocking fee or any other fee for a return item.
On a return, package the item/s in a safe way for transit. Include all materials, and the item/s must return undamaged and unaltered. Complete the Return Form that came with your item, and include it inside your return. Mail the item to the return address stated on the Return Form. If all these terms and conditions are met, money will be promptly refunded.
Only the item price will be refunded on a return item.

EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of printing on demand, exchanges are Not allowed. However, you may qualify for a refund, if in accordance with the preceding Refund terms and conditions.
